Founded in 1946, the firm BKL, Incorporated provides Civil Engineering services in the state of Oklahoma with such landmark projects as the Tulsa Metropolitan Expressway System Master Plan, the Tulsa Port of Catoosa, Tulsa's North and Southside Wastewater Treatment Plants and original roadway and bridge design for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
