Since 1954, Evans-Graves Engineers, Inc. has been helping the Gulf Coast grow and progress. We have completed multiple IDIQ contracts for various COE Districts, and most recently assisted the COE with post Hurricane Katrina repairs to levees on an emergency basis. Evans-Graves is also proud to continue to support the COE in a program management role with various hurricane repairs throughout the state of Louisiana as well as in Puerto Rico.
