Tierra Contracting, Inc

In 1978 Randy Douglas had a vision of an underground pipeline company founded in the principles of integrity, honesty, and customer service. Three decades later, there is no doubt Randy's goal has been realized in Tierra Contracting.

As a graduate of the Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, Ag Engineering program, Randy used his college experience along with the skills he learned from his mentor Bob Blois to create Tierra Construction. Randy operated Tierra Construction successfully for 3 years before incorporating to Tierra Contracting, Inc in 1981.

Based in Goleta, California, Tierra Contracting has continued to grow from its humble beginnings to a company with over 40 employees and a service area covering Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo counties. All of Tierra Contracting's growth and success is a direct result of the hard work and commitment from the company's employees.
