Formed in 1987, PeerGroup Corporation (formerly known as JP Properties, Inc.) was established to manage the closely held assets of a private investment group. In the early 1990's PeerGroup expanded to include outside clients, and by 1993, the company doubled and soon thereafter tripled its portfolio of assets managed.
