Donna brings with her over thirty-two years of diversified real estate experience, focusing on property management, leasing and strategic planning for all property types with a special emphasis on retail properties. She started Real Estate Resoures nearly thirteen years ago with the goal of utilizing her retail expertise to assist clients with strategic planning, due diligence and asset and property management project assistance. Key assignments include creating a stragetic operations and marketing plan for a retail portfolio owned by the Navajo Nation, asset management assistance for the redevelopment and operations of Bella Terra Shopping Center in Huntington Beach, and numerous lease abstracting and asset management assignments for institutional owners, developers and individual investors.
