Blackburn Consulting (BCI) provides geotechnical/environmental consulting, materials testing and construction services in Northern and Central California. Our staff includes civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, engineering geologists, laboratory technicians, drafters, inspectors, material testers and support staff. BCI, formed in 1998, specializes in geotechnical design/construction evaluation and recommendations for public projects such as dams, levees, pipelines, bridges, roadways and interchanges.
